Our client is a newly established medium-sized Civil Engineering/Construction Firm with Head Office in Surulere, Lagos. The company is well-positioned to take up various projects in Lagos State and other parts of the country and in line with this vision desires to fill the following vacant positions with experienced, honest and result –oriented individuals.



CIVIL ENGINEER: Male Preferred
The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelors degree or HND in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience preferably in large and varied construction sites. Must be knowledgeable in the use of the following Engineering software-Civil3D, CADS and AUTOCAD. Being COREN registered is an added advantage

QUANTITY SURVEYOR: Male Preferred
The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelors degree or HND in Quantity Surveying with not less than 10 years post qualification experience. Must be knowledgeable in preparation of project budgets, cost estimates, tenders, standard conditions of contract and the ability to monitor project cost from inception to completion. Computer proficiency and membership of relevant professional body is essential.

PROJECT ARCHITECT: Male Preferred
The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelors degree or HND in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience. Knowledgeable of Vector works, mini cards or AUTOCAD and 3-D modeling is required. Computer proficiency and membership of relevant professional body is essential.

RECEPTIONIST / OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR: Female Preferred
The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelors degree or HND in Secretarial Admin. Or social sciences with minimum of 5 years relevant experience preferably in a similar organization. Must be organized, have a good command of written and spoken English and possess basic Accounting knowledge. Proficiency in Microsoft Office package like Word, Excel, Power Point is a must.
